  • 1 Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 4 Mushrooms

  • 1 Tomato
  • 2 Tablespoon Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Spicy Ground Beef
  1. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Wash and cut the potatoes into chip like circles. Do not cut the potato slices paper thin as it will burn in the oven.
  3. Finely chop some green chili and garlic.
  4. Mix the coconut oil and potato slices in a pan.
  5. Once the potato is coated with the oil then mix in the garlic, green chili, turmeric powder, salt and paprika.
  6. Lay the potato in a tray and don’t worry if they overlap.
  7. Bake in the oven for about 40 to 45 minutes.
  1. Cut the onions and mushrooms then saute them in a pan with a hint of oil till they brown. Once the onions and mushrooms are nice and brown set them aside.
  2. Cook the turkey bacon and cut it into your desired size.
  3. Thinly slice or grate the cheddar cheese.
  4. Cut the tomatoes, jalapenos and scallions.
  5. Take the potatoes out of the oven and create a layer of potato on a skillet.
  6. Layer on some ground beef, sauteed mushrooms, onions, jalapeno, tomato and cheddar cheese.
  7. Then follow it with another layer of potato and toppings. Continue layering till all the potatoes are done.
  8. Top it off with cheddar cheese and jalapenos.
  9. Bake at 400 degrees in the oven for 15 minutes.
  10. Take out of the oven and enjoy!
Ground Beef is optional. I used the Spicy Ground Beef recipe for this dish.
